23 Years of Back and Neck Pain Gone! "My back and neck had been in continuous pain for 23 years. Lots of stiffness over the past 10 years. It was difficult to do stairs in the morning and evening. I had spasms in my upper back. I fell on a regular basis over the past few years because my hips would unlock when I stood from a sitting position. I was told by a back doctor in the 1980’s that I had a degenerative disk and arthritis was starting in my spine. In 2001 I was told by my primary doctor that I had osteoarthritis. All tasks were difficult to do, especially on stormy days. I had to stay at home, resting, on those days. It was difficult holding and picking up my younger children. Vacuuming hurt a lot. I had to take frequent breaks when house cleaning or standing for too long. Driving bothered my back and my knees. I was also suffering from heartburn. I thought this developed because of arthritic needs, but after my 1st adjustment it was gone! I fell in 2002, resulting in a broken elbow, a hurt wrist and shoulder. I had on going pain from that fall, which is now gone after I sought Chiropractic Care. I had many other things going on, all hoping to end the pain… *physical therapy *cortisone shots *took Vioxx, then Mobic I was doing everything the doctors told me to do, and still living with pain. The doctors told me that I just had to live with it all. For years my daughter had recommended that I find a Chiropractor. She had sought Chiropractic Care because of migraines. She no longer suffers from migraines! She also took her child and infant to her Chiropractor for reflux issues. The reflux issues have been resolved! Since starting my Chiropractic Care I no longer experience constant pain. I do not need any prescription medications! Exercising doesn’t hurt! My knee no longer hurts! Driving is easier. No more heartburn, I can eat anything now! I’m not experiencing that horrible level of pain and stiffness that I had become used to. I no longer collapsed at night. I can do my daily work without having to stop because of pain! All of the changes that happened with my health occurred with only 4 months of Chiropractic Care! I saw changes within the first month of adjustments. I am so glad and thankful that Dr. Bob Mulcahy was put in my path, for my quality of life is like I’ve never experienced in my whole adult life!"
