"I’ve suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks for years. If that weren’t enough, over an eight year span I had stomach surgery and one kidney removed because of a genetic problem which has caused my good kidney to become so stressed that it began to not work properly. In addition to all that, I suffered from headaches, an overactive thyroid, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Since receiving chiropractic nearly all of my ailments have basically vanished. Listen To My Child "I don’t want to take grape Motrin, bubble gum amoxicillin or cherry augmentin anymore. They make me have tummy aches. Mommy please don’t make me. Then we would fight about it. These are pretty big words for a three year old, yet my son Kenneth would say this to me on a daily basis. Kenny started contracting colds, ear infections and fevers when he was an infant. He also had lumps going down both sides of his neck (swollen lymph nodes). For 3 years he had them. We would go to his pediatrician and their diagnosis would almost always be ear infections (bacterial) and they would say all the kids have this but it won’t go away on its own so he needs antibiotics. The pediatrician would be sympathetic and off we went to the pharmacy. So that’s what we did for three years. How dreadful. The two of us were constantly “sick as dogs” as one of the parents at his daycare put it. When I heard this from the other parents I went along thinking this was the norm. I even took him out of daycare for a couple of weeks so he could get better but that didn’t work. Where does one sickness end and another begin? I felt these sicknesses were stunting his growth. I worried something awful and could not accept this. One day I read a story in the newspaper about a boy who was sick all the time and was taking antibiotics and Advil and for years he was a walking pharmacy until his parents took him to a chiropractor. This helped him tremendously. So I thought if this boy could be helped them Kenny could too. What I didn’t know was that everyone young or old could benefit by having their spine adjusted including myself. Anyway, we made an appointment. Kenny has had a series of adjustments for a few months now and those lumps in his neck are no more. He hasn’t been sick, he sleeps well and eats like a horse. It’s as if he started growing again because he has. I love to watch my son eat and sleep and laugh and play and breathe freely. He couldn’t do all those things when he was loaded up on antibiotics all the time. Kenny is drug free and a healthy 3 ½ year old.
